Commissioning & Service Transformation: Through the Lens of ABCD
A course aimed at senior leadership teams in Local Authorities, National Health Service Organisations and larger VCFS and NGOs looking to commission ABCD at a strategic level and/or to transform their organisation to work in more community centered ways.
Participants will gain a deep understanding of commissioning and service transformation through the lens of ABCD. The training will deal with real world situations that relate to your specific context. The course is delivered by Cormac Russell and Mick Ward.
Outcomes include:
- A Baseline of current reality
- Development of a localised Commissioning Framework
- Development of Business Plan and Evaluation Framework
- Development of an operational framework

Over the last 20 years Cormac has worked in over 30 countries around the world. He has trained communities, agencies, NGOs and governments in ABCD and other strengths based approaches in Kenya, Rwanda, Southern Sudan, South Africa, the UK, Ireland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Canada and Australia.
